CASE STUDY:
THE WAVERLY
For the residents of this 28 story tower in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, our Performance Window Treatments offer full control of the interior spaces.
Our vision for The Waverly centered on the future occupants of the building. We wanted residents to be able to enjoy their unparalleled views of Seattle while still allowing for a sense of privacy and environmental comfort.
To fulfill the design intent, we chose our SoS Analog Shade System, which gave occupants simple control. Using a dark translucent Charcoal fabric, our shades blocked light while still maintaining clear views to the outside.
In the lobby and 28th Floor Community Room, we installed SoS MotoShades to allow easy group control of shades with a click of a button.
