Project Summary

 

West Edge Tower is a 39-story luxury apartment development with 339 residential units, 7,153 RSF of retail on the ground floor, and a 6,400 RSF ‘sky bar’ restaurant located on the eighth floor. Designed by internationally renowned architect Tom Kundig of Olson Kundig Architects, the Tower celebrates the local spirit and international perspective of the Pacific Northwest and will reinvigorate the Pike/Pine corridor with its upscale, thoughtful design and active street-level uses. 

 

Completed in 2019. 

 

 

lumenomics completed the furnishing, installation, and programming of 1,929 units of SunOrShade manual roller shades and 15 units of SunOrShade motorized roller shades for penthouses. Post completion, lumenomics has revisited the site periodically for quality control and assurance.
