CASE STUDY

ATLAS Workbase | Seattle, Washington

Project Summary

ATLAS Workbase is a flexible co-working space with state-of-art, award-winning interiors designed for today's modern business professionals. When ATLAS started designing its first location in downtown Seattle, the owners came to lumenomics with a problem: how to maximize the natural light in their co-working space with only one windowed wall.

lumenomics started tackling this problem by working directly with the owners first to understand their needs. We then designed an integrated system of Philips lighting and SunOrShade roller shades that would help maximize the natural light produced by the windowed wall.

lumenomics helped ATLAS Workbase maximize the natural light coming from one wall, but more importantly, with more natural lighting, ATLAS’s members feel more productive and comfortable when working from the co-working space.

20,000 sq. ft., tenant improvement. Completed in January 2017.

lumenomics provided the lighting design, furnish, install, and program motorized roller shades, general lighting, lighting controls, and manual roller shades. After completion, lumenomics has been revisiting the site periodically for quality control and assurance.
