Drug- Free Workplace Program
This program is being adopted to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, that lumenomics, Inc. has a work environment free of the negative effects of drug and alcohol abuse. Our program’s focus is the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, while at the same time ensuring that our workplace is operating safely and efficiently. The implementation of this Program is subject to the requirements and prohibitions contained in applicable federal, state and local laws. The Drug-Free Workplace Program covers all full-time, part-time, regular and temporary employees of lumenomics. Employees who are subject to any applicable law or regulation may face additional obligations. These may include but are not limited to, workers’ compensation premium discount laws, terms for state-administered construction work or contracts, etc. Please, note that our program includes all schedule 1 federal drugs, including medical marijuana.
