Carpenter/Installer
Love to travel and work with your hands? Help us install our daylighting solutions around the country and build the next generation of sustainably illuminated spaces.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:​

Ability to travel nationally to construction sites to survey and install products.
-
Follow limited instructions to assemble products and work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Active problem solving on construction sites to address challenges and complete tasks on time.
​
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Comfortable operating and working in lift, off ladders, or in 6’ rolling scaffolding.
-
Experience with using small tools such as drill, hammer drill, chop-saw, and shop-vac.
-
Pay attention to details.
-
Taking accurate measurements to the nearest 1/8".
-
Communicate effectively.
-
Operate mobile technology such as a smartphone and talk via FaceTime, Skype, or Google Hangouts.

Take photos with a smartphone.
-
Be able to lift 30-70 lbs overhead.

Have a clean driving record.

Full-Time
Production Associate
Fabricate window treatment products that improve comfort and wellness for occupants. As a Production Associate, you'll build and ship our products to project sites around the country.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:​​​

Assemble, package, and ship shade and daylighting products.

Operate light-duty equipment to cut fabrics and assemble roller shade products.

Pack boxes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-
A can-do attitude and detail-oriented work ethic.

​Learn to use a chop saw and power tools.
-
Able to assemble something with hands.
-
Be able to lift 50 pounds.
-
Accurately read a tape measure.
-
Read English packing list.
-
Experience with using small tools such as pliers, tape measure, scissors, and screwdrivers.
-

Full-Time
Lead Installer
Responsible for providing world-class service to lumenomics customers throughout the entire measure & installation process of motorized and manual shades, skylights, and tubular daylighting devices on commercial job sites. This requires frequent travel, up to 100% of the time, nationwide.
